Job description

Our client is a leading life insurance company. They are now seeking a Business analyst to join their Agency Digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of both new and existing agency digital platforms.
  • Support the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure that developed systems effectively meet their requirements.
  • Prepare various documentation, including test plans, business requirement metrics, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates.
  • Promote agency digital platforms through the preparation and evaluation of agency content and incentive programs.
  • Create training materials and conduct user training sessions for system implementations.
  • Facilitate communication with internal departments.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings with stakeholders.
  • Engage with key agency stakeholders to propose and launch innovative analytics and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to drive digital and technology adoption.

Qualifications:

  • University or College degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of execution and project implementation is a plus.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT and digital application development.
  • Proven experience in user experience (UX) design and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Fleuncy in spoken English and Chinese
