Business Analyst, Insurance, 35k

A leading insurance is seeking a skilled Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for the new agency training platform.
• Support the development and enhancement of AI-related features, including the recommendation engine and role play functionalities.
• Facilitate UAT processes, ensuring that the platform meets functional and performance requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end project management activities, from initial requirements gathering to implementation and review.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
