Business Analyst, Global Insurance, up to 40k

Your New Role:

• As the business analyst in the team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Support project delivery through requirement validation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
