Job description

A leading Life insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst. This position will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative digital solutions, particularly in the areas of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and reporting tools, aimed at enhancing agency efficiency and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the digital product owner and Business Analyst, managing end-to-end project activities, including planning, solution design, and quality assurance for AI, Generative AI, LLM, and reporting products to optimize agency efficiency.
  • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of AI models and solutions, collaborating with IT teams and internal/external business partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and product enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Foster an innovative mindset by conducting market research to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in AI and data/knowledge management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or STEM-related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience working in a banking or insurance environment, particularly in large-scale change projects involving digital and cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders, grounded in a solid understanding of business objectives and the services required to meet them.
  • Capacity to drive project delivery effectively.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across various work streams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLM, prompting, Data visulization (Power BI) and ETL coding is advantageous
  • Good Command of Cantonese, English and Mnadarin.
