Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Requirement Gathering: Partner with business leads to understand, analyze, and translate complex needs into actionable user stories.
  • Agile Delivery: Champion Agile best practices to ensure continuous delivery of high-value features.
  • Project Ownership: Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge technical and business teams to foster innovation.
  • Strategic Portfolio Contribution: Drive multiple initiatives including AI and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within financial services or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into prioritized user stories.
  • Strong Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with a degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with financial products.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
