Business Analyst - Financial services
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Requirement Gathering: Partner with business leads to understand, analyze, and translate complex needs into actionable user stories.
- Agile Delivery: Champion Agile best practices to ensure continuous delivery of high-value features.
- Project Ownership: Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge technical and business teams to foster innovation.
- Strategic Portfolio Contribution: Drive multiple initiatives including AI and digital transformation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within financial services or related sectors.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into prioritized user stories.
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with a degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with financial products.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
