Business Analyst, e-banking, up to 35k

What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage UAT, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver structured solutions.
• Act as a bridge between users and technology teams.
• Provide prompt, well-considered responses to business and technical issues.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with user requirements and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in banking (Wholesale/Treasury/Retail).
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across geographies.
• Able to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
