Business Analyst, Corporate Banking Remittance

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading regional bank to hire an experienced Business Analyst for a strategic Corporate Banking Remittance project. This role is critical to the success of a regional initiative aimed at enhancing remittance capabilities across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to remittance services.
  • Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications with clarity and precision.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve remittance workflows and system integration.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings across regional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards in remittance processing.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in remittance projects is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal - to work effectively in a regional, multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
