Job Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the e-MPF centralization project.
  • Analyze existing MPF processes and identify gaps for platform integration and optimization.
  • Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support issue resolution during implementation.
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or pension-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of MPF operations and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with system integration and UAT processes.
