Business Analyst
Job description
Job Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the e-MPF centralization project.
- Analyze existing MPF processes and identify gaps for platform integration and optimization.
- Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support issue resolution during implementation.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or pension-related projects.
- Strong understanding of MPF operations and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with system integration and UAT processes.
