Billing Officer

Job description

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and distribute invoices to clients for services provided
  • Keeping account records up to date, including payment tracking and outstanding balances
  • Process incoming payments by sorting, applying them to accounts and issue receipts
  • Address any concerns, disputes related to billing and payments
  • Compile and review financial reports, reconciliations and performance metrics
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in billing data
  • Ensure all billing-related documents and records are accurately maintained and regularly updated

Requirements

  • Prior experience within AP/AR, Billings preferred
  • Immediately Available preferred
  • Willingness to work flexibly across different timezones
