BA - Ins - (Digital Platform, Claims, Core System)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Partner with Digital and Technology teams to understand existing systems and ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and technical capabilities.
• Analyze and evaluate proposed business solutions, offering alternative approaches to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, document functional specifications, and support system design discussions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and deliver system demonstrations to business users.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process optimization and technology implementation.
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain high performance under tight deadlines and critical time constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health claims processing within insurance sector.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end health claims lifecycle
• Proven ability to integrate claims systems with core backend modules such as membership, product, finance, and contract management using APIs and data exchange protocols
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
