Agency Recruitment Officer - Insurance Space

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring sufficient experience and domain expertise from the Agency distribution/management (agency training/recruitment) space to the team
• Analyze current state (with support from Process experts) to identify 'what needs to be done' to achieve the objectives
• Pro-actively bring ideas and solutions to address the identified pain points / opportunities
• Proactively works to remove impediments being faced by the execution team members
• Work hand-in-hand with Value Stream owner to handle refinement and prioritization of backlog items

Job Requirements:

• Must have prior domain experience in the Insurance Agency recruitment / training in or agency marketing in HK
• Strong experience in executing changes within the Agency distribution - agency recruitment space
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Results oriented / driver mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
