Administrative Assistant (6-Month contract, up to 18k)

Job description

  • Well-known insurance firm
  • 6 month contract
  • Back office administrative role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties
  • Support office administration including office set up, material ordering, access card arrangement
  • Organizing sales meeting with agency leaders, managers and Head of Agency Development

Requirement

  • Over 1 years working experience in similar job nature in general insurance and agency administration dept is preferred
  • Self-motivated, positive and strong personal drive;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Immediate available is preferred
