Admin Assistant, up to 20K

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the enquiry email account
  • Manage enquiries & invitations
  • Prepare the monthly report and other work reports for internal team
  • Update membership information in data base
  • Provide administrative support for the Project Team (e.g. meeting & attendance arrangement for project)
  • Provide other clerical support (e.g formatting of a document, document printing, etc)

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
  • Solid IT knowledge
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A team player with a positive attitude
