Admin Assistant, Hung Hom, up to $25K

  • Handle telephone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaise with Building Management Office
  • Provide backup secretarial support
  • Assist in general admin tasks e.g., expense receipt handling, admin filing, contract scanning, event supports, etc.


  • A minimum of HKDSE graduates or Form 5 standard with 5 passes in HKCEE including English
  • Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent commercial course.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • High proficiency in use of PC software including work processing, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese PC applications etc.
  • Self-initiative and willing to work under minimal supervision, pressure and over-time.
  • Proven interpersonal and team-building skills.
