Admin assistant (banking), up to 18K, fresh grad welcome

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input and monitor transactional data into bank system
  • Prepare billing instructions to raise fee invoices
  • Complete internal post-closing checklists
  • Work with clients/legal counsels on outstanding original deal documents until received
  • Follow up with delivery of compliance certificates and financial statements
  • Follow up with clients on overdue fee receivables
  • Send customer satisfaction survey to clients

Job Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • Experience with banking industry is a plus
  • Experience with the corporate trust business is preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
