Admin Assistant

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations by supporting workplace and corporate services.
  • Manage staff relocations and accommodations, including agreements and invoices.
  • Verify invoices and process payment requests accurately and promptly.
  • Compile data and assist in preparing management reports.
  • Provide logistical support for internal meetings and company events.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Offer backup support to the Workplace team when needed.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in corporate or financial services.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
