Workplace Engineer - Intune Migration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Intune migration projects (from SCCM, GPO, legacy MDM, or hybrid environments)
• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune policies (device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment)
• Migrate Windows, iOS, and Android devices to Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Configure Autopilot, Conditional Access, and device enrollment profiles
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align policies
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and pilot deployments
• Troubleshoot endpoint, policy, enrollment, and application issues
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials
• Provide post‑migration support and knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering Intune migration projects (mandatory)
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
• Experience migrating from:
  • SCCM / MECM
  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • Legacy MDM solutions
• Good understanding of:
  • Conditional Access
  • Endpoint security and compliance
  • Modern Workplace architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
