Warehouse Manager - Top Tier F&B Company

Our client is a top tier F&B sourcing company in the APAC region. With more than 2,500 SKUs, they are the key provider for multiple corporate, hospitality and food services groups. With a stable business during COVID-19, they are now in search of a Warehouse Operation Manager.

You would be responsible for the overall management of the 100,000 square feet warehouse. You will be managing around 40 staffs to ensure smooth operation and inventory control. As a Warehouse Operation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing team of around 40 staffs to ensure smooth operations of the 100,000 square feet warehouse
• Coordinating with shipping, and import team to ensure smooth warehousing including inbound, outbound, resources planning and inventory control
• Collaborating with logistics team to ensure smooth logistic flow and distribution for key customers
• Designing KPI for warehousing to keep operation both time and cost efficient
• Monitoring resource usage and developing cost saving strategies
• Monitoring subcontractors' activities and that they align with company's SOP

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder with more than 7 years of warehouse management experience
• At least 3 years of team management experience is a must (at least 20 people)
• Experience handling more than 1000+ SKUs is a must
• Experience using SAP system is a must
• Experience with cold storage would be an advantage
• Proactive, mature, accountable with good communication skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
