Warehouse Management Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for WMS
• Configure, customize, and develop WMS platforms
• Design and manage system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS (APIs, EDI, file transfers)
• Gather requirements and produce functional specs, data mappings, and test cases
• Perform testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) to ensure quality releases
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, IT, and vendors; support training and adoption
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvements
• Monitor performance and resolve system bottlenecks proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years' hands-on WMS experience in retail or logistics
• Strong experience in WMS configuration, development, and support
• Solid understanding of WMS processes (receiving to shipping)
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
• Familiar with integrations (APIs, EDI, interfaces); SQL is a plus
• Proactive team player with strong English communication skills (Mandarin/APAC languages a plus)
