VP, Segment & Product Management, Virtual Banking
Our client is a well-established company with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion on financial services business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre segment management professional to join their virtual banking business.
Reporting to the business head, you will one of the found team lead of the virtual banking business to formulate strategies and business direction on product and channel development for this newly established business. You will develop customer segmentation and acquisition plan to achieve business growth. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers and provide excellent client experience within the company. You will build strategic partnership with internal and external partners to further expand the business scope. You will work closely with different sales channels, especially online channel, and formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans for them to enhance their sales performance.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- University degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' experience in segment management /product management / marketing/ business management for retail banking or insurance business
- Dynamic and keen to join fintech environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with sales experience will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
