VP, Business Operational Risk

Our client, a leading banking group, is looking for a VP, Business Operational Risk for their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with other business, compliance and risk teams to estabilish policies and implement a strong level of control

Identify functional risks and support change initatives

Manage stakeholders and monitor the implementation

Acting as an escalation for major issues, review and challenge control design and implementation

Oversee non financial risks, policies and procedures in the retail/corporate banking realm

Requirements:

University degree in related discipline

Strong attentiveness to details and practical knowledge of banking systems

At least 8 years in banking groups with solid command of English and Chinese

Great sense of ownership and practical knowledge of bank flows
