VP, Business Continuity Management - Financial Services

Our client is one of the largest groups in the insurance industry. With an established presence and name in Asia, our client is seeking an individual to join their regional and global BCM teams to be based in Hong Kong at VP Level.

Supporting Asia Pacific region under Group Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring execution and implementation of BCM policies and standards set by the Group. You will provide guidance and support to local entity BCM representatives, as well as being key point of contact for any issues related to operational resilience initiatives. You will be SME for any Group Security tools and be involved in training relevant parties across Asia. You will a highly evolved risk management mind-set.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with either a CFA or FRM highly preferred
• 8 - 12 years relevant BCM / BCP or Incident Management experience within a sizeable financial institution
• Asia Pacific regional remit experience a must
• Excellent communication skills in English. Other Asian languages will be an advantage
• Forward thinker and a problem solver, with excellent client servicing skills
• Must be currenly based in Hong Kong
