Voice Trading Engineer, Top US ibank, 1mil base

Job duties

• Be the primary technical liaison to voice trading groups
• Gather requirements from business/technology stakeholders
• Manage critical and direct communication lines with front line traders, business managers, and development leads
• Provide technical expertise/advice to both internal and external users
• Participate in voice trading architecture development from idea to plan, design, and integration for the relevant environments to meet stakeholder requirements
• Alert operations/support teams to any performance issues affecting the voice trading environment
• Provide troubleshooting assistance/escalation to support teams as needed for critical production issues and incident management and reporting

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge troubleshooting Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 design and troubleshooting
• Extensive knowledge of voice trading systems, voice recording systems and hoot n holler networks
• Experience with IPC Unigy systems
• Experience with NICE voice recording systems
• Experience with voice recording regulatory requirements and audio surveillance/testing/reporting systems
• Experience with Cisco CUCM preferred
• IPC Unigy and NICE certifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent voice trading experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
