Key Responsibilities

  • Operations: Launch tickets across markets, track sales, and optimize pricing (Manager level).
  • Support: Resolve customer escalations, manage ticketing vendors, and communicate with racers.
  • On-Site Ops: Prep registration tech, sync with event crews, and travel for regional race-day support.
  • Data & Collabs: Analyze buying trends for marketing/ops and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Executive (1-3 yrs): Detail-oriented, fast learner, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assistant Manager (5-7 yrs): Strong execution mindset, excels at multitasking.
  • Manager (8+ yrs): Experienced in regional ticketing strategy and process optimization.
  • All Levels: Strong problem solver under pressure, great communicator, and passionate about fitness/mass-participation sports. (Ticketing/CRM tool experience is a plus).
