My client is a pioneer and industry leader in providing Premium Airport Services across the world. They are actively looking for User Support to strengthen their APAC IT development.

End Point Device/ Peripheral (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Smartphone, Wi-Fi) and Network Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support & Maintenance JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
  • Ensure all computer systems are functioning properly including file servers, database servers, POS terminals, CCTV, internet connection, PA System, WAN and VPN connection
  • Oversee daily computer systems operations and performance
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers on quotation for setup, implementation, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware & software
  • Analyze computer / IT problems reported and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement measures
  • Maintain proper administration records of IT equipment inventory, application software inventory, software licenses, IT equipment movement, networking & other IT related information
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to end users
  • Perform any ad hoc IT duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably gained from sizable firms or multinational companies
  • Solid experience in supporting Windows Server and VMWare
  • Familiar with Windows operation systems and office applications
  • Hands-on experience in TCP/IP Networking, Basic Firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN network security
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferred
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
