Treasury Manager (MNC)

Our client is an international Trading company with a global presence. We are assisting them in the search of a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join their finance team and play a pivotal role in managing liquidity, funding, and risk for their international operations.

Position Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Controls

  • Implement and monitor internal treasury control and approval procedures.
  • Process company payments and ensure timely settlement of Accounts Payable in line with cash forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and update bank registers as required.
  • Record outward payments and financial charges in the accounting system according to procedures.

Banking & Financial Institutions

  • Implement and monitor internal treasury control and approval procedures.
  • Process company payments and ensure timely settlement of Accounts Payable in line with cash forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and update bank registers as required.
  • Record outward payments and financial charges in the accounting system according to procedures.

Debt & Intercompany Management

  • Support and manage the company's debt portfolio, including intragroup financing.
  • Coordinate and oversee intercompany transactions.
  • Monitor loan movements and ensure accurate reporting.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare group treasury and cash flow reports within deadlines.
  • Ensure management reports are prepared accurately and on time, using best available estimates.
  • Maintain efficient cooperation with the company's offices and financial institutions.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience working in holding companies or multinational environments.
  • Strong background in cash flow budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Hands-on experience with payment processing and knowledge of different payment systems.
  • Familiarity with a range of bank products and treasury services.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and integrity.
  • Organized work habits with a system-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to following company policies and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong communication skills - fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin & Russian is an advantage.
