Our client is a leading watches and jewelry retailer with strong coverage on world-class luxury brands and a prestige reputation in the market. With continuous success in the luxury business, we are now hiring a Training Manager (Retail) to join the team.
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Associate Director, you will have to identify, plan and execute training programs for both office and frontline staff, conduct classroom and field training regularly to improve the overall efficiency and service standard. You will also have to plan the learning and development path for different staff and assist with any related training projects.
To qualify, you must possess:
High Diploma or Degree in Learning and Development, Sales and Marketing or any related discipline
At least 6 years of solid training experience in retail industry, preferably with good knowledge in luxury field
Managerial experience will be an advantage
Being hands on, fast paced, proactive, and familiar with retail frontline environment
Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English and strong communications skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
