Trade Support (up to 50k)

• Act as a key control point across the full trade lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and post-trade processing for fixed income instruments, including FX, swaps, futures and financing transactions.
• Oversee booking accuracy, allocations, settlements and reporting obligations for derivatives activities, ensuring alignment with local regulatory standards.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trades, cash and positions against counterparties, custodians and brokers; promptly investigate and resolve any breaks.
• Partner closely with Technology teams on system enhancements, process optimisation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support ongoing risk monitoring by identifying operational gaps and working with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to strengthen controls.
• Maintain strong governance standards by ensuring adherence to internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Around 3+ years' experience within middle office / trade support functions in an investment bank or securitis brokerage environment.
• Solid exposure to fixed income and/or derivatives products is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across front-to-back stakeholders.
• Proficient in both Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
