Territory Manager – Medical MNC

Our client is a medical device MNC with rapid expansion in the APAC market. The company has more than 4000 employees globally and with more than 20% growth over 2016's 600 million sales revenue, they are looking to further expand their talent pool. To cater their aggressive expansion plan, they are now searching for a Territory Manager in the medical or pharmaceutical sales sector to join their team.
You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within assigned territory. You will be managing and developing sustainable relationship with both existing and new customer. You will be executing sales and promotional strategies to achieve KPIs and objectives. As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing sales and marketing strategies in assigned territory to achieve major KPIs and objectives
- Managing and developing relationship with existing and new customer to enhance sales performance
- Providing training and support to customers such as physicians and nurses
- Assisting department to identify market trend, pricing or distribution behaviour etc to further enhance company's sales' strategies
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holders in Science or related disciplines
- 3 years or more experience in medical sales experience in either HA or private sector; experience in endoscopic or cardiac intervention or peripheral intervention will be an advantage
- Independent, well organized, result oriented with strong communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
