Our client is a top-tier world-known bank, they are actively looking for a few of Operation Personnel (6 - 12 months contract, renewable) to support daily operation to varies departments below respectively:

1. Private banking division - general administrator

  • To provide administrative supports to operation teams in daily operations
  • Ensure that the office equipment are running smoothly and arrange replenishment of materials such as stationery
  • Help with expense report
  • Set up system access for new hire
  • Arranging and coordinating client event

2. Card department - operation support

  • Resolve any questions on card transactions
  • Prepare PIN for card
  • Enter data to system in relation to card transaction cases
  • Handle transactions problem investigation

3. Claim department - data entry

  • Data entry for insurance claim application
  • English typing skill is required
  • Application filing and scanning

4. Operation division - expense transaction support

  • Input cash & cheque data into the system accurately
  • Ensure all the transactions are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare large volume of cheques as per instruction


  • 2 year or above working experience in administration, banking/FS preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing, Powerpoint/ Excel skills and English typing
  • Immediate available or <2 weeks period is MUST
