Team Lead, Product Marketing, Life Insurance

Our client is a well-established international insurance company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre life insurance product marketing professional to join their team.

Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will lead a small product marketing team to formulate and plan life insurance product marketing strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end of the product marketing cycle for the business. You will lead the team to produce product marketing materials, including but not limited to, product leaflets, brochures, other marketing collaterals through online & offline channels to support business growth. You will manage advertising agencies to ensure delivery of quality marketing materials that match with the bank's brand image and direction.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing in insurance/ Financial services industry
• Product marketing experience in life insurance company is a must
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
