Team Head, Digital Banking (Customer Experience & Innovation)

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in wealth management, retail, corporate banking. With their continuous expansion in business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Digital Banking professional to join their Digital Banking department focusing on customer experience/journey in retail banking.


Reporting to Department Head, you will lead a small team within Digital Banking department to drive the digital banking strategy, channel enhancement, customer acquisition and customer experience for digital products and services. You will work with both internal and external parties to bring in Fintech and Innovation solutions and initiatives. In addition, you will keep abreast of latest market trend, different business models and new FinTech applications.
To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Digital Banking/ mobile banking gained from Banking and/or other Financial Services firms
  • Experienced individual with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Strong communications and writing skills in both English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin
