Job duties:

  • Support in general administrative and secretarial duties
  • Manage emails, reports, business documents and expenses
  • Schedule and meeting coordination
  • Support senior management on travel arrangements
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Business studies or relevant
  • 3+ year of administrative working experience, preferable in FI field
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Familiar with PC application (Word, Excel)
  • Immediate availability as a plus
