Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct proactive talent sourcing through market mapping, networking, and direct candidate engagement to build a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for key and future hiring needs, providing stakeholders with insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career events, and employer branding activities to enhance the organization's attraction strategy and market presence.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement recruitment projects, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring stakeholders while ensuring recruitment processes are effective, compliant, and completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience gained within a large organization, ideally in the financial services or professional services sectors.
  • Background in both in-house and agency recruitment is highly desirable; agency recruiters with strong retail banking hiring experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
  • Proven expertise in market research, talent intelligence, candidate mapping, and proactive sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a solution-focused and proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, consulting, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
