Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is a well-known brand with established presence globally and in Asia. A rare opportunity has arisen due to continuing business growth, as they are now seeking for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team. This is a newly created headcount based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Team Head in US, you will lead a staff working in a sizable HR function. you will be responsible for executing the TA strategy for Asia, in particular the Greater China region. You will have oversight for end to end recruitment, from collating manpower requirements to facilitating the onboarding process. This role will also see you taking an active part in regional projects, such as HR system roll out, branding and engagement programmes, etc. This is a fast paced environment where you will interface with different countries and business operations, with access to the best in class tools and practices in an forward looking and collaborative organisation.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience gained in MNCs
  • Strong communicator; ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholder
  • Prior experiences in a new set up ie building TA processes is highly preferred
  • Ambitious and result oriented whom can deliver on challenging projects
  • Excellent command in both Chinese and English
