My client is a well known pharmaceutical MNC. Looking to reinforce their customer supply planning and project management function, they are now in search of a Supply Chain Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage supply chain flow in terms of inventory status, volume change, demand change
• Manage inventory utilization in regard to shelf life, expiry dates, volume risk and other potential factors
• Communicate with internal stake holders to ensure efficient supply chain process and minimal deviation of supply chain and inventory target
• Drive proactive process improvement to improve workflow and solve root cause in supply risk or forecast deviation
• Drive projects in relate to customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal and external stake holders

To qualify, one must possess:

• Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of supply chain experience within the FMCG industry
• Experience with demand and supply management
• Experience with OTC, medical, or infant milk (IMF) product portfolio will be an advantage
• Strong communication and stake holders management skills
• SAP proficient; Six sigma will be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
