Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies in order to grow our business
  • Engage & network within the Hong Kong Tech / Fintech / start-up community to generate new business
  • Ongoing account management to existing clients
  • Pro-actively following up on leads either in face to face meetings or over the phone
  • Take a leading role in preparing presentations, bids, tenders, PSA pitches
  • Own and develop long-term client relationships
  • Attending networking events regularly to develop new contacts and generate leads
  • Host or facilitate networking events
  • Utilise social media and online forums to promote yourself & our services
  • Provide consulting & strategy to existing clients
  • Identify wider business opportunities

To qualify you must possess:

  • 3 -5 years' experience either in business development , recruitment or sales
  • An understanding of and established networks within the digital / start up / tech community would be advantage
  • Highly self-motivated / autonomous
  • Be able to demonstrate strong business development skills in order to generate new business
  • A track record of success particularly in a sales-oriented role
  • Huge passion and attitude to influence transforming the industry in the Tech / startup / online / digital space
