About the Role
A unique opportunity to partner closely with the Global CEO of a rapidly expanding international organization. This is a strategic Executive Assistant position focused on business operations, executive coordination, stakeholder management, and supporting key growth initiatives as the company progresses through a significant expansion phase and prepares for a future IPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Global CEO, providing high-level executive support and strategic coordination.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and leadership priorities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, board materials, and management updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive follow-up on key business initiatives.
- Support corporate governance, leadership meetings, and pre-IPO readiness activities.
- Liaise with senior executives, investors, external partners, and key stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare briefing papers to support decision-making.
- Monitor strategic priorities and ensure actions are executed effectively and on time.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional Asian language skills are advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Stable career history with demonstrated commitment and longevity in previous roles.
