Our client is a well-known beverage brand in the region. Armed with a well-established brand name, the business is growing aggressively in Greater China these few years. To support the development of the newly launched CRM project, they are now looking for a Head of Customer Insights/ Senior Customer Insights Manager to lead the analysis & research functions in HK & China markets.
As the head of analysis & insights team, you will lead the internal team and external agencies to understand consumer insights, customer behaviours, marketing trends in the beverage industry. You will be in a strategic role to formulate customer recruitment and retention projects through different promotions. You will give out ideas and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams in generating marketing promotion and new product ideas. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid insights & planning experience in FMCG industry to join the expanding company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication and etc.
- At least 8 years solid experiences in consumer insights & planning
- Experience in working on beverage items will be a great advantage
- Good command in both English and Mandarin
- Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperative skills
- Frequent travel to China office
