Service Desk Support (ITECH) - Banking Industry

Location: Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance at the service desk
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years' experience of end user IT Service delivery, covering desktop, mobile and premium user support
  • Experience in banking / finance environment preferred
  • (Fresh graduate with IT experience will also consider)
