My client is one of the leading banks in Hong Kong and wishing to hire some new and fresh IT Helpdesk supports to enhance their IT Team.
- Assist to provide IT solution through telephone and email
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action and coordination
- Assist to log and escalate cases to 2nd tier engineers to follow up
- Diploma in Education
- Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal
- Willing to learn and good working attitude
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
