- Perform daily health check, administration, and troubleshooting of our Server Infrastructure.
- Be responsible for corporate data backup and restore.
- Develop guidelines and procedures for daily server administration.
- Provide technical support to our users when required.
- Provide continuous enhancements to Email System.
- Support IT Manager on Ad Hoc projects.
- Diploma or above in IT related subjects
- Must be MCSE certified with at least 5 years of experience in server support.
- The candidate should be an specialist in managing and troubleshooting Exchange email servers.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, responsible and willing to keep developing in the area of email systems.
- Able to work independently in challenging and team-working environment
