Our client is a top tier FMCG MNC. To support their supply chain team and manufacturers, they are now in search of a Senoir Supply Chain Executive.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the key contact points for high priority shippers (manufacturers / factories)
• Maintain a healthy relationship with shippers through regular and effective communications
• Partner with cross functional team to ensure smooth operation with shippers in response to their enquiries, problems and complaints
• Provide necessary solutions or follow up program in response to shippers' requirement
• Review SOP / operational process and analyze performance data to further
• Lead process improvement and SOP set up for relative logistics solution

To qualify, one must possess:

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of supply chain managment and logistics coordination experience within the retail, ecommerce or manufacturing sector
• Open to in house logistics candidate or account management / customer services candidate with forwarder background
• Proficient knowledge of freight forwarding and ocean freight
• Account management or customer services experience with the manufacturers / factories
• Independent, energetic, proactive with good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
