About the Role:

  • Nurture current client relationships and pioneer new business within assigned sectors to drive flooring and interior solutions.
  • Monitor industry shifts and provide consistent updates to the leadership team regarding the competitive landscape.
  • Execute comprehensive market studies and data evaluations to guide strategy.
  • Pinpoint and aggressively track high-value commercial prospects.
  • Surpass revenue goals by leveraging deep industry intelligence and providing premium client support.
  • Address client grievances by diagnosing issues, creating actionable remedies, documenting findings, and advising management on long-term fixes.
  • Exhibit high-level technical expertise and a sharp commercial instinct.
  • Cultivate enduring strategic alliances with key industry figures, stakeholders, and organizational partners.

About the Candidate:

  • A minimum of 6 years in sales within a relevant discipline is preferred with connection to interior designer or developers.
  • Exceptional command of written and verbal English.
  • Advanced negotiation skills paired with a solid understanding of fiscal metrics.
  • Proactive, vibrant, and personable; demonstrates a resilient "can-do" approach and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Driven to achieve mastery over the product portfolio, industry dynamics, and client needs.
  • A dedicated team contributor focused on building rapport and trust.
  • Proficient in talent management and the professional development of team members.
