Senior Program Manager, Insurance (Cloud migration)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud migration and technology transformation initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic change, work closely with senior executives, and deliver high-impact programs across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud migration and transformation programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build business cases, secure approvals, and drive strategic outcomes.
• Manage project governance, reporting, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee external vendors and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Prepare executive updates and provide insights to senior management and EXCO.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, business transformation, or technology delivery.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migration or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong experience in governance, vendor management, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Skilled at managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
• Able to navigate complex environments and drive delivery under tight timelines.
• Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
