Our client as a well-developed organisation of finance & insurance, is looking for a passionate candidate to support their Admin work in the Hong Kong office

Location: Central

Job duties:

  • Reports to the Admin Manager
  • General administrative duties and support on HR duties
  • Office equipment & facilities, maintenance & repair
  • Help monitoring and supervising admin staff, receptionist and tea lady
  • Invoice verification & cost allocation for monthly expenses
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned; Support company & team event


  • Cheerful, proactive and flexible team player
  • 6+ years of solid office admin/ related working experiences, preferably from MNCs
  • Supervisory experiences preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint application
