Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, IT/OT systems, cabling, and server/computer rooms
• Support the timely expansion of IT infrastructure in line with construction and operational project requirements
• Manage documentation related to system layouts, installation, configuration, maintenance, and recovery across project phases
• Maintain CMDB, as well as asset and inventory tracking for all IT equipment
• Conduct regular network evaluations and security audits
• Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants, including defining and enforcing service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle escalated service requests and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
• Lead and manage critical infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in network or infrastructure engineering
• Networking technologies: VLAN (802.1Q), VXLAN, STP, MSTP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing protocols, and redistribution
• Network systems and tools: routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi standards (802.11 AX/G), wireless controllers
• Security and access: 802.1X, LDAP, SDN
• Infrastructure systems: CCTV, structured cabling, UPS, FM200 fire suppression, data center cooling
• Network diagramming tools such as Visio or Draw.io
