Senior Marketing Manager - FMCG

Our client is a leading FMCG company with famous brand. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand performance and accelerate market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability
  • Lead brand positioning, portfolio management, and product lifecycle strategies
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful consumer engagement
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business performance
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Operation) and work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer-focused industries
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
