Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability
- Lead brand positioning, portfolio management, and product lifecycle strategies
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful consumer engagement
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business performance
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Operation) and work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer-focused industries
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
