Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Growth: Lead all paid media efforts (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) to drive high-quality lead generation and new account openings.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an annual digital marketing roadmap that aligns with business targets for trading volume and Assets Under Management (AUM).

  • Content & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the creation of market-relevant content (e.g., daily market outlooks, webinar series) across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build community engagement and authority.

  • SEO & Website Optimization: Manage the technical and on-page SEO strategy to ensure high visibility for key financial terms. Optimize the corporate website and landing pages for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Marketing Automation: Utilize CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to develop lead nurturing journeys and re-engagement campaigns for inactive traders.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed attribution modeling to track Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital collateral and campaigns strictly adhere to local financial regulations (e.g., SFC in Hong Kong) and internal compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Financial Services or FinTech sector.

  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Proven understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding the advertising of financial products.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams.
