Senior Manager, Technical Services

We are partnering with local developer in Hong Kong and they are seeking for Senior Manager, Technical Services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of building safety, operational efficiency, and engineering excellence. You will champion lifecycle asset management, driving innovative energy-saving and ESG initiatives to their properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical services, building systems, operations, and maintenance (O&M) programs across the office and residential portfolio. Plan and execute major capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including plant upgrades, structural retrofits, and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs).
• Ensure full compliance with all Hong Kong statutory regulations regarding building safety, fire services, electrical/mechanical installations, and occupational health and safety.
• Manage external contractors, consultants, and service vendors. Formulate and oversee technical budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of solid experience in engineering and technical facilities management
• Member of MCIBSE /A0/B0 is preferred
• Candidate with Grade A portfolio is preferred
• Strong in Communication, interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
